Things you enjoy, not because you have to but because you WANT to, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal. And then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs:

1. looking at the skies - includes anything that happens to be up there: stars, moon, clouds, just cloudless blue sky or birds flying by.

2. curling up in bed on a rainy morning or at night.

3. feeling the perspiration trickle down my body after jogging (not perspiration simply induced by hot weather, that's gross) and feeling a little bit of "heat" radiating out from my body.

4. just chilling out with swappies or close friends, anywhere (playing games at settlers' is fun too ha..)

5. music or a good book at a beach or just somewhere near water (eg esplanade area)

hmmm i hope people are still reading this blog so they'd know they've been tagged.. ha
