A Fear Revisited
the sound of water escaping.
the feel of insecurity.
the sinking feeling.
that sucky feeling of water up in the nose.
that wild thrashing of arms.
panic.
i'll always remember that moment. but i'd hate to let it control me.
it's getting better. just gotta keep at it.
